So How Does It Work ?
We run a successful, modern and efficient booking service, with over eighteen years experience. Our model is different from the more traditional agencies with their expensive brochures, web sites and high street offices. We do not try and compete with the likes of Airbnb and Booking.Com , as the traditional agencies do, but instead we work with them, putting your property on over 100 web sites and in front of millions of potential customers at a minimum cost to you.
The new generation do not need or want brochures or local offices. They just want to book a property as quickly as they can using a web site that they know and trust like Airbnb. Whether you like it or not this is the future of the industry and you can improve your bookings and revenue by embracing it now with us.
As we do not have all the expense of web sites and brochures our rates start at 11% inc VAT for our Booking Services.
If you want a fully managed service (including cleaning, maintenance, gardening and full guest services) then we work with a range of carefully selected cleaning and management companies across Devon and Cornwall to provide a total end-to-end service that is second to none.
